(N) SCCS National cards    Each year, since 1991, the Souvenir Card Collectors Society issues a special card available only to current members. These are known as "National" cards to distinguish them from cards issued by SCCS chapters. "National" cards are quite limited and usually feature vignettes from plates originally produced by now-defunct bank note companies.
