(M) Metro NY Chapter SCCS cards    The Society's Metro Chapter Four in New York City (chapters 2 and 3 were never launched) was established in 1992 and issued its first souvenir card in 1994. Retired BEP pressman Mike Bean did all the intaglio printing for these cards. The Metro Chapter issued its last card in 2012 and was dissolved in 2018.
